[Resolved] Jet Airways — my flight was cancelled by airlines and didn't get my refund amount

I received a mail from jet airways that my flight has been cancelled but its been 1 week now and i did not get my money back. i called customer care and waiting for 1 hour for someone to respond, still no response. i booked via paytm. Paytm is also following up on the request with jet airways as they said still no response . i have paid 12773 INR and is big amount for me. Please help. I had booked a Jet Airways flight ticket for two of my relatives for 22 March 2019 through Paytm. On 17th March, 2019, I received an email from Jet Airways saying that the flight is cancelled. I contacted Paytm for refund but did not receive yet. I have contacted Paytm 4 times till date but every time the executive from the call center assures me that I will receive my full refund but till date it has not happened. Please find the details of the ticket, cancellation email, first and fourth communication that I had with Paytm.
