Jet Airways — not getting communication

Sir, i have booked my flight from ahmedabad to delhi 9w 687 with date of journey on 05 april 2019. On 18 mar 2019 i have received a mail that my flight is cancelled but i have not received any futhure comunnication from airlines. I am trying to call on helpline number but getting a busy tone from last 5 days. Plz inform me about my flight and my ticket status
