Jet Airways — not getting pnr number of booked flight ticket

Dear sir/mam,
I booked a flight from dehradun (Ded) to bhopal (Bho) of flight no. 9w 2882 and 9w 927 of 24th jan 2018 with jet privilege no.[protected]. But after the transaction through sbi net banking, i didn't received any booked ticket and i am not able to log in my account.
Kindly help me regarding this situation asap.
