Hello, I am aydin from germany. Avail the flight from mumbai to delhi on 2nd june 2018. I was charged rs. 6800 of extra baggage weight. I was assured of the bill at the airport. I have not received any bill for it. Kindly arrange the same. During my telephonic call i was assured of the bill. Still i have not received the same.
