[Resolved] Jet Airways — payment deduction and non ticket booking | |||||
I have booked a ticket from bangkok to delhi on 17 feb 2019 but at the time of payment, error occurred "sorry you have exceeded maximum number of payment retries. You would be redirected back or you can book again by selecting the 'start button" and neither msg received to me but my balance got deducted from my account so i booked another ticket for the same after that i got mail regarding confirmation of my next booking transaction But, i have received any msg for refund of my earlier failed booking for which error accured and i haven't received any refund for that.. - name of passenger, obviously it can not be " anagh" only
- place / time where the incident had happened.
- PNR, which you attempt to book, if you own it, otherwise give a good reason of the absence,
- prove of loss - bank receipt / other receipt
If you need the refund, you need to submit the correct complaint due to luck of receipt / e-ticket with the exact requesites, desription of the facts, attached documents of loss/deduction of money with the exact request (I want 100 ruppes for the ...) to operator of the site, which promiise dyou to issue eticket or to your card issuer - unknown bank .
Both ahe air carrier / the bank have 15 days for the decsicion on the refund following the receipt of the correct complaint.
Note, it is usless to request the same subject matter more than 2 times from the same service provider.
All disputes in 15 days following the correct complaint are subject of the examination by Indian or by Thailand court, upon your choice.
The expected expences for legal assitance can be:
- government fees from 2000 rupees, if in India, or from 3500 THB, if in Thailand
- legal fees for assistance of a lawyer or of legal professional start from !~6000 rupees, if in India, or from from ~4000 THB, if in Thailand,
or from EUR ~300, if you want to make the claim against air carrier in Europe (also possible).
The fair court shall award the proved losses, moral compensation, paid fees by the final decision/judgemnt.
