[Resolved] Jet Airways — payment deduction and non ticket booking

I have booked a ticket from bangkok to delhi on 17 feb 2019 but at the time of payment, error occurred "sorry you have exceeded maximum number of payment retries. You would be redirected back or you can book again by selecting the 'start button" and neither msg received to me but my balance got deducted from my account so i booked another ticket for the same after that i got mail regarding confirmation of my next booking transaction
But, i have received any msg for refund of my earlier failed booking for which error accured and i haven't received any refund for that..
Kindly solve the issue
