From 40 days i am regularly talking a follow up for the payment but they give me the same mail that i am sending to u. Plz try to help me for that

The customer was not allowed to board in the flight cause the flight was full that's the reason i want the full refund

The date was for 15/4/2018. And the flight was from mumbai to calcutta of jet airways
