Jet Airways — poor customer care and providing false information | |
My wife- pregnant 6 weeks who had missed her flight from Colombo to Mumbai wanted to reschedule her ticket that evening and hoping she would get assistance from their customer care center she was given wrong information and was kept on panic out side the airport. When I wanted to speak to a manager I was kept on hold for 20 minutes but no one spoke to me. Aperently my phone was bared as I had crossed my limit of by calling jetairways and I suffered all afternoon trying to get them reschedule the flight. Really dissponted and they caused us so much mental stress. Please this companies need to provide proper training to their staff or else they should have systems that dont need human involvement.
