Jet Airways — refund of flight money

Dear sir/madam,
Hope you are keeping fine, i am writing this complaint to get my money refund of flight which had been cancelled on 14th april, 2019 by the jet airways authorities, i tried calling them and emailed them too but there was no response from their side, could you please help me get my money back? It is a sum of 626 euros. I am providing the details of the booking below

Updated by abhi2652254 I had a conversation with Mr. Rahul last week but there was no response from side even by email after Friday, could you please help me get the update, I have provided him with the ticket reference number also. Thank you.
