Jet Airways — reimbursement of cancelled flight

I had booked a flight with jet airways from gothenburg to delhi via a swedish travel company, rcg. Se. Please find here the details of the flight:

The flight was cancelled by the airlines and i was assured that i will get the full reimbursement of the paid money. However, it has been more than three months and there is no any update i got about that.

Please look into the matter and let me know when will i get the reimbursement of the flight fare.
