I booked a flight for guwahati on 15 dec 2017 from new delhi on jet airways and the time was 11:15am i reached the counter at 10 am and then one of the jet airways authority member came to me and said that there is still time let other passengers go and asked us to make line from the start again and for this reason i got late and the gates were closed it was not my fault the manager and supervisor didn't even listen to me. As a proof they can check the cctv footage. They didn't even apologized for their stupid mistake i want my refund which amounts 7616

Updated by Mridusmita Ray I didn't expect such kind of irresponsibility and ignorance from the authority members I could have accepted the situation if it was my fault but in this case the authority members are responsible for this. Anyhow refund my money or take necessary action again this.
