Jet Airways — the money was debited from my credit card but the transaction was not successful on the website.

There was some issue with the website or airline and after the payment screen, it showed session timeout and there was no confirmation of my booking done.
Booking was not successful at that time.I did not get any tickets also.

Hence, I made another booking for which I got proper confirmation message and the tickets at the same time.

10 minutes after making the 2nd booking, I got the confirmation email of the first booking which showed session timeout.

Please refund the 1st booking amount as this is an issue with the website and airline.

Updated by Neelima Nishi Please find the booking confirmation message of the 2nd ticket. I did not receive any such message when I was doing the booking for the 1st time. Instead, session timeout showed on screen and it asked me to do the booking again.
