Jet Airways — wheelchair not provided | |||
Dear concern; We have booked tickets with wheel chair. But, jet airways didn't provide wheel chair to my mother. My mother is having low blood pressure and was undergone to knee replacement. If you are not capable to provide customers service then why are you providing false assurance and why you are paying with life of customers. Due to not providing wheel chair, my mother has to walked long distance after boarding to get the flights. She got serious knee injuries with lots of pain. With great disappointment and anger i would like to say that is this the joy of flying? Company's slogan... Please provide appropriate corrective action in writing to bear with your airways for future booking. Request you to please do not play with life of customers. My mother is suffering a lot and i do not want that someone else's mother may have face such kind of situation. Was this information helpful? | |||
