With respect to my bookings and payments done and ticket booked, i received yesterday the message from JET AIRWAYS of flight being cancelled...more then 1month ater ticket booking...irresponsible message from JET AIRWAYS..E-Ticket for Order[protected] Trip 1: Mumbai to Thiruvananthapuram Wed, 20 Mar 2019 Jet Airways 9W-2318 BOM 05:50 08:00 TRV Wed, 20 Mar 2019 2H10M Wed, 20 Mar 2019 Chhatrapati Shivaji Int'l Airport ECONOMY Trivandrum Int'l Airport Baggage Info - Check-in: 15KG, Cabin: 7KG i want to travel on the same date and timings...as important work/meet is arranged...REVERT BACK WITHIN TODAY... Mar 11, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Received email from jet airlines today...11.03.19 after 5days...for revised ticket...same date...but different time...jet airlines supported but too long to revert back...and also change in flight time...affecting all my important schedules...and meetings...and the service from happeasygo...is too much delayed and with no knowledge of what is the exact situation of the ticket bookings...delayed support but very tiresome to followup with happeasy go... Jet Airways customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
