[Resolved]  Jet Airways — Wrong ticket given to earn cancelletion money

I have booked a lady ticket from Pune to Chandigarh with one STOP at Delhi. on 19.01.2015 and with round trip Chandigarh to Pune on 22.01.2015. The tickets are still confirmed but problem is that the ticket made through Flight / IRCTC by jet air ways is Pune ----Bangaluru---Mumbai----Chandigarh ( with two days journey with same price Rs 8964). Enquired with Jet / IRCTC both denied to accept their mistake. Since the tickets are for around trip of Rs 18000/- plus with irctc charges even. DUE TO JET AIRWAYS MISTAKE OR IRCTC MISTAKE I HAVE TO SUFFER AROUND 6500/- AS CANCELLATION CHARGES WITH OUT ANY REASON.while return journey the ticket is correct but I need to cancel both ticket as per the Jet policy I request customer care please look in to and refund me full amount after I put a cancellation request to you. BECASUE I HAVE ALREADY BOOKED AGAIN SAME TICKETS FOR AROUOND TRIP SEPARATELY BY PAYING again 18000/- AND PLUS vide pnr[protected] &589 [protected]. YOUR SYSTEM ADMISTRATION MISTAKE SHOULD NOT COST TO CUSTOMER.PLEASE REFER PNR-GUUMUO-TKT NO[protected] which i need to be cancelled. Please call me any query on [protected]
