Jet Privilege — Complaint against Jetprivilege.com for Some fraud transaction

Dear Sir, My Name is Achal Gupta from Mumbai. I am using jetprivilege.com account from since 2 years therefore I did not redeem any points given by jet privilege. I haven’t log into to my account from since 3 months and I have forget the password of my account so I did the process to retain my password to access my account but I couldn’t succeeded in this so I call the customer care several times after that I got the temporary password to access my account. But when I saw after accessing my account that all the details of my account has been changed and all the redeemed points 28000 miles has been transfers to another account. I have complained this to jet privilege custom care as well as mark a mail to them several times but I haven’t got any response from them so I mail again and ask them for any legal process to be done to get back my points. After this they transfer some of my points but not all. I have mailed them again & again but there were no response from them still now so I want to complaint against them for fraud transfers of my account. I tried calling service centre and executive asked me to change the browser and use it. After numerous password reset attempts I sent emil for help and got the reply. But that was also of no use. Today, Again started the same process and then called the call centre, where I discovered that my phone number last two digit was missing in records and email id was correct. Thanks to the executive, she sent me temporary password. Soon after I log into my account and realized few weird things like some random address of Delhi has been updated to my profile. Some fraud transaction has been done on and miles been transferred to some P.Vijan account. Please refer to screen shot attached. I state all redeemed transaction as fraud and not done by me, Please look into this technical/Fraud and hope to get rectify as soon as possible. Also, I am very unhappy with this instance and hoping for quicker action. Let me know if i am getting refund or who travelled on these tickets, so it is easier to start the legal proceedings against this fraud. I highly believe this is some internal error or fraud and requesting to give me a response which makes some sense OR Where i can come and meet the official for this probe.
