As i am aware that jio consumers are growing day by day but the network is also getting worse day by day. I am residing at shaheed udham singh nagar, opposite esi hospital, jalandhar, punjab and also at ramsharnam colony, pathankot, punjab and i have filled complaints to the customer care many times at jio care for both of my locations but since my first complaint they were saying we are installing new towers at your locations because the users are increasing day by day at your locations but till date the network is getting worse rather to improve. They dnt take there consumers seriously and customers care executives just only provide consolation rather then solutions. Many people faces problem but fewer complaints. According to rti act i want to know the speed of 4g that telecom should provide to the consumers and if they are not able to provide that speed then what action can be taken towards them.
