Jio Digital Life — My jio sim still not activated. | |||
Sir, my name is syed sonaruddin ahmed and i bought jio sim 10 days before at jio digital life centre near by assam oil, mangaldai, darrang in assam. But still now not activate. I am not getting jio mobile number also. I contact so many times jio representatives they are not given solution. Worst customer service. Kindly activate my jio sim soon as possible My jio sim iccid[protected] Imsi no [protected] My alternate mobile no. [protected] Sir kindly rectify my sim activation problem. Already so much delay for activation process I have submitted, colore copies of my voter id card & barcode created by my jio apps and 5 copies of recent passport photo. M.SELVARAJ from oragadam, ambattur, chennai .I bought MNP jio sim 4 days before form my near by mobile shop. I went to the jio digital life which was in oragadam, ambattur for my jio sim activation settings issues, but the employees in jio digital life have not responded properly, not answered for my questions regarding my sim activation eventhough they have asked me to do the settings ( where i have brought the sim) and speaking arrogantly towards me. Already i was in the idea of purchasing new jio hotspot but this incident made me bad impression on jio digital life.
