Jio — fraud by jio app, recharge amount eaten by jio does not refunded yet
I had tried to recharge my 2 jio mobile numbers through my jio app on 6th july 2019. 1st was successful but 2nd was unsuccessful. Both payment was of amount 349rs. 1st recharge, mob-8709xxxxxx (Success) - Upi/[protected]/amount to pay/[protected]@ Citibank/citibank/ 2nd recharge, mob-7004xxxxxx (Failed)- Upi/[protected]/amount to pay/[protected]@ Citibank/citibank/ I made a complaint on [protected]@jio.com and got following reply I understand from your email that your jio number is not yet credited with recharge benefits. Currently, i am unable to see the recharge of rs.399 on your account. However, it can take upto 24 hours for the recharge to reflect in your account. I would advise you to wait for this time frame. If, for any reason, the recharge is not successful, the amount will be credited back to your bank account in 10 days (3 days, in case, the payment was made through a wallet). After complaining in my bank (Icici) reply was - We understand your concern. With reference to your mail, we inform you that your transaction of rs. 349 Is successfully credited to the beneficiary account vide rrn number [protected] and[protected]. Hence, we request you to co-ordinate with merchant with reference number [protected] and[protected] for further assistance. If the amount is not Credited to merchant account, we request you to provide us the merchant mail Confirmation which indicates that amount is not credited to merchant account To assist you further in this regards. So jio company has stolen my 349rs. Was this information helpful?
