Dear sir,
With reference to my jio prepaid number [protected], for which i applied my initial complaint regarding worst network in oct 2017 & since then jio is not able to resolved the issue till now even after putting the problem to appellate authority also. Around 12 days back, i got a call from jio back office mumbai regarding the same & she told me to change the jio circle as it may be one of the reasons for poor network so when i asked about my present balance, validity & voucher. She told me it will automatically transfer to new sim after circle change as network is same.
On 23 jan 2019, before applying for port when we (Myself & jio store guy) asked the same to 198 on phone, jio customer care executive mr nandan reconfirmed the same that while changing the circle, validity will not lapse & it will be remain same (Even i have the voice recording too for the same conversation which was happened at around 1332 hrs which you can check from jio call recording too else i will send it)
But now after activation of my new sim that balance is still not activated in this sim.
So on 29 jan 18, i sent the full details via mail to [protected]@jio.com as well as to appellate. [protected]@jio.com for further help as suggested by customer care executive & senior supervisor on phone. Same day i received a reply from jio end that service request sr00000v21k9 raised & it will take 48 hrs for resolving it. But even after completion of 4 days still i got this reply "i have checked your account and can see that the service request number sr00000v21k9 is still under process and we want to reassure you that we will get an update within 48 hours".
Most surprising thing is that even appellate. [protected]@jio.com is not taking any action against these defaulter ([protected]@jio.com) who don't do any work for resolving their customers issues other than dates. Initially they ask for 48 hrs but now even after completion of 4 days still they don't have any words other than to say "under progress". Even after putting so many request they don't have cursy to do call back & update the status.
Why i am the sufferer once their staff committed a mistake (For which i have all proofs)? Why they don't credited all my balance, validity & voucher back to my account immediately as its port from jio to jio (I paid ₹449 to jio only)? Does jio became so poor that they can't afford even a small amount? They can take their own time & do their internal investigation but after transferring my all balance, validity & vouchers back to my account, why they harassed me after stopping it? Instead of taking action against defaulter, they still harassing me more. Why jio put appellate. [protected]@jio.com, once they also don't want to interfere in these types of matters?
Further my present validity, balance, offers & vouchers are as follows which was activated before state porting from karnataka to uttaranchal circle (Attached screenshot too)
1) ₹ 449 plan for which validity till 14 apr 2019.
2) 1.5 gb/day
3) booster pack balance 5.07 gb.
4) 5 vouchers of rs 50 each.
5) prime membership.
