Jio Gigafiber — advance rental refund

Address:24,25, BALFOUR APARTEMNT,BALFOUR ROAD, KILPAUK, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, 600010

I have taken dth serice og abpve co. And taken annual silver plan after one month i have shifted my residence where jio do not have fiber line and unable to provide connection.
On asking refund of my advance rental amount they refused to pay, giving that jio donot have policy of shifting and refund of subscribtion.
They have also collected setup box, modem atc.
Dth service in india have the facility of change of location with no cost, but jio refusing due his own inability adn dont want pay /refund of rs.1200/-
