I have done the payment for recharging my Jio phone number through Google Pay UPI. Rs. 329 money got deducted but recharge was not done. Could you please look into the issue and refund my money. My money is deducted from my account. They show me a confirmation recipient but plan is still not active..

I am not getting mobile number portability code, i have sent message for porting and i have not yet got upc code .jio is not responsible
[protected] this number no internet 4g speed at my home location rather then mobile network is very good please improve my location. 4 g network I complain 4 time but not problem not resolve other way I port my sim ..
And 4g speet is very slow not according to 4g speed.
