Jio Mobile Network Operator Company — I am complaining about your services | |||
I am having jio mobil network connection. On 12th sep night at 7.50 pm, i have recharge of rs.2875 for international roaming for 7 days as per jio recharge plan and got confirmation that recharge of rs.2875 is successful for my jio number (Transaction id br0001n3zc4e). Around 8.00 pm i have lost all the connectivity, no service. Throughout the night with help of others, i contacted so-called consumer service centre; everyone suggested some operation but could not restore my jio mobil connectivity. On 13th afternoon i left for dubai, till date my mobil is showing no service. Jio is a big company with a very good reputation, i do have very good respect but i am very surprise to see the reluctant attitude to resolve my issue. At present, i am helpless in dubai.
