Jio Money Wallet — Does not get refund deducted from my account

Same here bro jio_money is cheater..
On 7th April I also recharge with ₹253. Payment successfully but TIME OUT.
My jio no - [protected]. I send mail thrice but no reply from their side.

Hi yesterday i had recharge my mobile from Jio money app agst. transaction ref. no.[protected] and other transaction no.[protected] Rs.402/-both recharge SMS not shown in my JIO number [protected]. Pls. help to get refund ASAP.

Hi...i was recharge on yesterday on at 7 th april 22:16 time and this transaction id is[protected]. I have activted jio recharge on this number [protected] on 404 rs plan by using jiomoney but paln is not activated...and my account debited amount 352 rs. I dont get cashback on jio money. And also another trasection id no is[protected]...in this transaction id i have rechage on this jio mobile number [protected] by using jio money...on rs 402.in this number i have already get prime membership before 31 st march...so 99rs cashback on this my account is not get...

I was recharging my jio No. [protected] of 303 rs. from jio money wallet but recharge not successful and my money deducted from my bank account so please return my money I hope you return my money.

same problem with me amount 352 got deducted from my card but it is refunded and now iam not able to see the transcation in jio many app only jio money cheater

Same issue facing with Jio wallet app. Money deducted from credit card twice but no update yet. Raised complaint on Jio customer care, sent mails and reported issue on chat support but no response from anywhere.

Jio is just working like an open fraud ageny and we have to take strict actions against such false services.

Jio money is cheater . How we have to complain againt this. Sam problem was with me .

The worst payment solution crown goes to jio money .It's been 13 days and I still haven't got any refund .Their customer service is non existent .They will pick up the phone after 30-40 mnt . I am gonna file a complain with RBI this time.

Same thing happened with me, I did a recharge on April of Rs 303. After reopening my complain 3 times on 5.5.17 they said that they have resolved my complain and gave me the refund but on next day also no money was credited in my account so I called them again in the morning and said that the refund has not been received they said they are looking into the matter. Again in the evening i called them and said still I have not received any refund, this time they told me to send an email to jio money about this issue now was completely frustrated so I told them that I am going to file a complaint in the online consumer forum suddenly after around 1 hours the money has been credited to my bank account
