Jio Money Wallet — Does not get refund deducted from my account | |||
On 29/03/2017 transact rupees 253 six times from my sbi credit card, jio shows out of six transaction, three transaction are failed. 3 days over still not getting refund to my credit card account. Their customer care not receiving calls and not responding mail. I have asked jio money help chat how can I refund this deducted amount they said within 48 hours. Hi...i was recharge on yesterday on at 7 th april 22:16 time and this transaction id is[protected]. I have activted jio recharge on this number [protected] on 404 rs plan by using jiomoney but paln is not activated...and my account debited amount 352 rs. I dont get cashback on jio money. And also another trasection id no is[protected]...in this transaction id i have rechage on this jio mobile number [protected] by using jio money...on rs 402.in this number i have already get prime membership before 31 st march...so 99rs cashback on this my account is not get...
Same issue facing with Jio wallet app. Money deducted from credit card twice but no update yet. Raised complaint on Jio customer care, sent mails and reported issue on chat support but no response from anywhere.
Jio is just working like an open fraud ageny and we have to take strict actions against such false services.

On 7th April I had recharged with 303 in three times, payment has been deducted but recharge was not successful.

I recharged with 303 on 7:aprl but my plan still not activated..mob no.[protected]... Very poor services ...I possible kindly solve my problem as soon as possible
Same thing happened with me, I did a recharge on April of Rs 303. After reopening my complain 3 times on 5.5.17 they said that they have resolved my complain and gave me the refund but on next day also no money was credited in my account so I called them again in the morning and said that the refund has not been received they said they are looking into the matter. Again in the evening i called them and said still I have not received any refund, this time they told me to send an email to jio money about this issue now was completely frustrated so I told them that I am going to file a complaint in the online consumer forum suddenly after around 1 hours the money has been credited to my bank account
On 7th April I also recharge with ₹253. Payment successfully but TIME OUT.
