Jio Money Wallet — Money deducted from bank account | |||||
On 31st March I tried to move ₹100 money from my bank account to jio wallet but due to some error in jio money wallet app amount of ₹100 has been deducted from my bank account but not deposited to jio wallet. I also called customer service several times but no one take the call. I also mailed them three times but no one replied and solve my problem. I am continously calling from last 3 days but there is no solution. Ultimately I have to register complaint against them. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I have 5000 RS/- stuck in my Jio money wallet and i could not transfer it to anybody and any transfer mode . Always they are taking complaint and telling resolved but nothing is happening.They are violating RBI rule as well, a person can add 30-50K INR at a time and without any document they are making limit as 100000 INR. They are fraud.
