Jio Money Wallet — Money not transferred to my account.

I had transfered money from union bank of india debit card on 30/03/2107 to jio money. Bank statement show completion of transfer.
Jio shows that transaction failed. Please refund money to my accuount

I had registired complin on app.
There is no response to complain on jio money app.
The phone number avaliable on same app is not receiving call.
Mail is sent to you, but there is no action taken uptil now.
Just received autogenerated mail.
Please take action as early as possible and refund money to my account.
