I submitted a complaint to the jio customer service and applate authority about the network problem i am facing in my area 16 months ago. They have not resolved the issue even after repeated appeals. I have requested for jio sim home delivery, the concerned person is not at all responding.. I think his people are just keeping an option for showcase purpose only, they don't deliver at home and all..
