Jio — payment was deducted but corresponding plan is still not activated.

I was trying to recharge my jio number using jio online portal. Payment was deducted but corresponding plan is still not activated.

I tried to pay using upi option in jio's billdesk payment gateway and i approved payment request from [protected]@icici using bhim app but nothing happened in jio's billdesk payment gateway!! It was idle for more than 10 minutes and i just closed it and called jio customer care to activate my recharge but they suggested me to initiate recharge once again without giving any solution to the money which was already paid to jio's upi "[protected]@icici" remark: collect-pay-request.

Pleas refund my money as soon as possible or active my recharge plan.
