Reliance Jio Infocomm — regarding the refund for jio fiber broadband router | |
Registered email id: sama. [protected]@gmail.com My jio fiber router has picked up by an engineer on jan 8, 2020. Engineer has taken the working condition router. Initially they told that i will get the refund after 15 working days. After so may follow ups, they told that i will get the refund after 45 working days. But now (After 3 months) they are saying that the router is not in working condition and they will not give the refund. They are trying to cheat me. Please help me to get the refund.
