Jio Recharge — Did not receive 303 recharge | |||||
Hello Reader, I got a recharge of 303 plan on my Jio Sim [protected] and [protected] on 7th of this month. The retailer confirmed that the recharge is done but I did not receive any confirmation regarding this neither via SMS nor via MyJio app. Please help me out and tell me how do I confirm whether my recharge is done or not. If the recharge is not done please help me to get back the refund for both the numbers. I would prefer the recharge more. Thank You. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Better you may ask resolution from JIO Customer care along with the Recharge transaction ID which can be obtained from the Retailer where you recharged your number. This would help you to get resolution against your complaint.
