Jio — Recharge done on 26th September but still in queue

I have recharged my JIO number on 26th september 2021 for Rs, 251 which has 50GB quota for a validity of 28 days but it says it's in queue. I'm clearly dependent on the network since 'm doing work from home cause of pandemic situations. I tried to reach JIO customer service through various modes but everytime it reached the IVR.. I launched email complaints as well but no response from the concerned mobile network. Cause of this i'm deeply stressed out and it created a bad impression on me in my organization.. I need compensation for my mental stress and for the amount i recharged which is still not reflecting in my account even after 2 days... The details are attached and also can provide the call recordings which reached IVR no matter whatever option i select..
