[Resolved] Jio — recharge not done through [protected]@icici, but the amount was debited | |
I recharged my jio number using my jio app - upi payments option. It was redirected to pay through [protected]@icici. The amount was debited, but the recharge was not done, and the call, messaging and data services are stopped. I want it to be either refunded or recharged. If recharged, i want the validity count to start from the date and time they recharge, and not from the date the amount was debited from my account. Was this information helpful? | |
