Respected mam/sir, i am from begusarai (Bihar) i would like to inform you that i bought jio sim on 21st aug 2016 (Sunday) from digital xpress joo office begusarai (Bihar). My code is [protected]. I visited daily store for active sim but they are not giving response. If they are not giving proper response then why they are providing sim. Kindly look into this issue because lots misbehave by support team & i tried to connect customer care of reliance jio but they are not reachable.
