My jio no is [protected], from 23oct to till now i am registering 10 complains but still they are not giving me solutions. These are my comlains. But still my issue is not resolved.

Sir I have done recharge with rupees 197 on 08/11/2018 on Jio number [protected] by amazon pay App .but I was wanted 149 +99 rupees. Please cancel my recharge and refund price so I can recharge with 149.i have not used little bit of plan yet it is in the upcoming mode this time. Please resolve my trouble .
