Jio — unethical and unprofessional behaviour

I recharged my jio number with 399 plan on 30th april 2018 and within a week while recharging my other jio number on 9th may 2018 by mistake i recharged the already recharged number and again by mistake second recharged plan got activated. Now on one number 2 plans are activated simultaneously and i am getting validity of one plan after paying for two plans. On contacting jio customer care i got a blunt reply that they don't have any option to revert it.

My question is why should there be a provision of activation of two same plans at the same time. My existing plan of rs. 399 already had a validity of 84 days which expires on 5th july 2018 and then how can another plan of same value and validity be activated over the existing active plan of rs. 399.

Since i didn't get any help from my so called "customer-friendly" jio network, so i look forward to trai to kindly safeguard the interests of the customers and save them from being cheated by the telecom companies.
