Jio — vps recharge

Tried to recharge my jio number ([protected]) with rs.349pack applied so the net amount is rs349 through my jio app, but payment through phonepe transaction money was sent to [protected]@icici and recharge was not successful but money deducted from my account.
So, please refund my money back to my account sir.
