[Resolved]  Jiomart — App reflect delivered and customer is still waiting to get the product

Such a useless app first when I ordered stuff later my order got cancelled stating out of stock when I checked at the same time it was still reflecting that I can order later when I ordered delivery guy don't know where he delivered my product without OTP app showed that product was delivered. I wouldn't have any problem if I wouldn't prepay the order but as my money was gone I m concerned and I m following up for the last 10 days no response all their customer care executives always have the same answer they are working on the issue. I haven't received any resolution yet nor my refund. would recommend everyone order on COD otherwise not to use such a pathetic app super bad experience
