Hi sir I purchased some grocery products on jiomart.com on 12th july 2020. But they did not delivered anything but showing status is delivered. I complain on same day when they changed the status as delvered agains the order no.[protected]w But they still only say that "we are initiating refund" but they did not initiat anything. This kind of calls i have recieved 2-3 times from jio mart but actually they are not initiating aby refund. Today 1 months has over. But the still saying that we are initiating. I complained through Call to cce, By mail to jio support team On twitter also i have taged problem But every where i am getting the same answer. Finally they are not initiating my refund money.
