Jiomart — Partial Delivery of goods of order no[protected]A | |||||
In reference to captioned, order no[protected]A, for value of Rs-2172/- dated 16.09.2021 partially deliver on 18.09.2021 to my residence at 3E, Sretha Rajeswari Apts, 3rd Street, Balaji Nagar, Royepettah, Chennai-600014. Further, I raised mail to [protected]@jiomart.com on 18.09.2021 vide ticket no-[protected]. I received communication from Jiomart, matter resolved and complaint closed vide their mail dated 21.09.2021 but I have neither received any refund nor received missing products and again mailed to jiomart how the same resolved but again they mailed resolved. But after repeated mailed to jiomart, they failed to answer, how the same resolved. Subsequently, I received a call on 26.09.2021 from Sajitha Begam, chennai office, employee vide mobile no-[protected], and seeking details of missing items, but story same, neither missing products deliver not refund initiated. The above case is the example of negligence of service and cheating customer by JIOMART. I need refund of my missing items and compensations as well for spending my valuable times on this trifle issues. Was this information helpful? | |||||
