Jipmer — can not get hall ticket

From many a days i have been searching for my hall tickets. But till now i haven't got any signal of that. What is this? They are really very irritating guys. I have sent them many emails. We have paid the payment and also they gave us the user id and password but what is this yaar? Will they give us the chance to give the exam again? You sir and madam please help me. Unless i can't give my exam.
