Jipmer — fee payment problem

I have made my payment through online mode through net banking
I got a message that my money 1513 rupees has been deducted from my account.
But i didn't get any acknowledgement form from jipmer.
So when i logged in again it said that my fee is not paid and i have to fill my application again.
My id is 180867
I request you to please resolve my issue as fast as possible.
