Jipmer — mistake in personal details

Sir,

I am sarath d v

I have applied for jipmer (Ug) 2018 with application number 39468
But accidently i have given yes to the question "are you a resident of puducherry" but actully i am a keralite
I do not know what to do
I noticed it after the final submission
I have also paid my fees rs 1500
Can you please give me an opportunity to resubmit or correct this mistake
Please provide a suitable solution for this
