Jipmer — not yet refunded the amount regarding jipmer exam 2018

My user id.- 180114, registration completed and also application form completed, but after payments process i paid via net banking two times, i. E. 1500=1500, total 3000/- paid, but till payment not made their showing. If payment not made, then the deducted amount should refund emmiadiately. But after 5days gone not yet refund3ed made to my account. Please do the needful for refund theamount. Candidate name — nabaparna paul, from siliguri, west bengal
