Jipmer — payment made but it shows payment unsuccessful

I have made payment through net banking from my sbi account and transaction was successful, but it shows as "you have not done the payment yet. Your application was unsuccessful. Please click on"go to application form"to make the payment."

Then the jipmer help desk instructed me to pay through the debit card or credit card.

I have tried paying using the card but still it shows as payment not done.

Then again the jipmer help desk instructed me to pay through online.
But now
I have opened my application form, but the obc certificate upload section is not showing in the application form
Where should i upload the obc certificate. The payment gateway is not working at all.
No proper response at all the toll free number is not working.
So many are facing the same issues, but still no response from the jipmer help desk
