Jipmer — payment not yet refunded since 12 days

Sir.
I had made Jipmer MBBS entrance payment through SBI internet banking for my relative. My payment has been failed two times. First payment was on 21-03-18 and I had got a refund of 1513.28 on 23-03-18.

But the other payment of 1513.28 which was made on 24-03-18 was not yet refunded. My bank reference number for the said payment is [protected]IGADEKRIU7

Account holder name: Naveen mohan t

And further I had submitted application through debit card payment (friends account)which was successful on 28-03-18.thus I had successfully submitted candidates application.
.i request you to refund my amount as soon as possible. I had called helpdesk tollfree number and he told me to make payment again and failed amount will be refunded soon. Since I had not received refund after 12 days i am sending this complaint. Please consider and do needful as soon as possible
