Jipmer — Transaction error.

Respected madam/sir
I registered for jimper in the month of march using an email id. But couldn't complete the procedures. Later in this month of april. I completed the procedures by registering twice with the same email id. And while making the payment, there occurred a disturbance in the site and officer resend the transaction but nothing appeared on the screen. And then she closed the website, money was debited from the bank (Sbi bank in the care of akshaya centre where i did the online application). But message was flashed to make the payment. The officers from the centre argued it is because i used the same email id to register twice, the message was flashed in that manner. Please do help me with this problem. Should i have to do the payment again??
