Jiva Ayurveda — Received wrong medicines

My father had sent you letters but have not received any response from your end, he has couriered back medicines to Faridabad but till today have not received any refund of another medicines which he has mentioned in the letter on top of that Jiva people at Faridabad office are denying of receiving any courier. Please refund the amount.

Not taking medicines back

We want to give certain medicine back, but the company is not taking back, they are saying we don't have return policy.
