I had booked for an online consultation. However, because of some reason, i wanted to cancel my online consultation and so I called Jiva Ayurveda number for refund. The agent who picked up the call was very very arrogant and rude. I had never talked with such a rude agent before. He was extremely rude and arrogant. First, he denied that i had made any payment or talked to Jiva on call before. I strongly said that i had talked with a Jiva agent on call and i had made the payment. But he simply denied that i had talked with anyone on Jiva before or made the payment. I was very angry because of such a response but I kept calm and didn't responded angrily.
But, the agent, who I talked with, was very very arrogant, he talked very unethically and didn't listen to my issue, neither did he acknowledged the issue and he ended the call without fully listening to my issue and resolving it. I became very much frustrated because of such poor customer service.
If you cannot talk to your customer properly, then better that you close your company. Atleast have those people in company who can properly talk with customer. I will ask Jiva Ayurveda to immediately take strict action against that arrogant agent.
I hope Jiva Ayurveda will acknowledge my concern and take strict action against that arrogant agent. I have the call recordings also for reference.
