Jk Tyre & Industries — poor quality of tyre

I have purchased two tyres on 3 april 2018 from grover tires, the authorized dealer of jk tires. One tire got bulged first and then it was burst while i was driving the vehicle.

I lodge a complaint of the incident to jk tyre and they have inspected the tyre and they have refused my request of replacement. They said there is no warranty for burst tyre. I have explained them that tyre first got bulged and then it was burst but they did not hear my concern.

One of the executive of tyre company called me and said that they will not replace the tyre. His number is [protected].

I am very disappointed with the product quality and i want the replacement of tyre.
