No Ji, I just got call from Naukri.com. Interview date is 20th to 22nd Nov 2013.
I am not attending...
why..wats d reason...is the above review is true.?
ya even gone through the 4i apps solutions website/. That was not effective too...
I went yesterday. its . Three conditions,
1. 3 years contract to be signed.
2. 1 lakh fee for training(refunded at the end of training).
3. for the first year, your salary will be 7000 per month. In the 2nd year it will be 12000. 3rd year your salary is totally based on your performance.
Thats what they were saying. i dont think it will be good to stay with that company for 3 years. And i dont think they got good projects to work. we will waste almost three years of our life with these conditions. So dont stick with this. There are lots of job available. we need to search it properly. Good luck everyone.

they are fake company. they don't have sense i attended this company interview asking 100000 rs for a posting. so don't go for this company interview.

I attended this company campus recruitment at our college on march. they are said you are selected and they ask 100000 rupees for the training. but I said I don't have money. finally they selected 6 numbers including me.
this company HR said to me we sent the offer letter soon. this was happening on march. I ask offer letter to HR 3 months . every single I call him he say only we will give and call you.
I believe in this company last 4 months finally they are said u not shortlisted . I lot of suffered by this company. so don't believe this company recruitment or anything.

Let me take the opportunity to introduce myself an Ex -employee of 4i Apps solution Chennai.
Things mentioned above by the candidates are very true, and the people at 4i apps solution do fool fresher.
All they will expect you to follow their stupid HR Policies, Biased to employees, Cheap Management, I mean Cheap...
Management people tend to scare their employees, you feel like a school student.
Worst of all they hire you a fresher and they will manipulate your Resume Mentioning 5 to 6 Years of Experience for their Client.
Then they will send you to their client site and will ask you to pretend as if you are 6 years of Professional and put your career in danger.
2nd most important point of all, they will bill their client for an experienced resource of 5 to 6 years which is completely unethical and fraud with the clients.
