[Resolved] GCS Infotech Pvt Ltd — Fraud Company taking | |||
The company GCS infotech Pvt Ltd. Bangalore. is completly fraud company and is not registered with MCA if anything happens we cant do any thing. This company is giving job only through Backdoor process and not legally. They say that they are opening another branch in Srjapur and for that they are recruting nearly 80+ candidates. But when i went inside and asked if there are any openings the receptionist said that they are conducting interviews only through reference, And guess what the reference is, its only placement consultants who are charging 50k-60k. You can find many placement consultants standing outside their company. Now tell me one thing, if it is a good company and if they want to recruit 80+ candidates then they will give big ads in various job portals, but guess what there is not a single ad. Every candidate is taken through backdoor process only so that means even a person who doesn't know anything about programming will get a job provided he has the money to pay. Now tell me how can a company survive if they recruit such people. I know Backdoor process goes on in various companies but they take only 10% candidates through backdoor but what if each and everybody is taken through backdoor how can the company survive. This company is only providing backdoor means the money to this company is not coming through projects, its coming through these agents and they do not want good workers they just want there money. This company started only 5-6 months back so there is no proven track record of the company nor its registered. Have a look at their website http://www.gcsinfotech.com by looking at website itself a sensible person can make-out that it is being created by an inexperienced person. There are so many grammatical mistakes in there website. By looking at such a pathetic website will any client give projects to that company. My sincere suggestion to all those who are planning to join this company through backdoor process is its not worth to pay 50-60k to any placement consultant and join in an unregistered company which is new. Anything can happen tomorrow you cant guarantee about this company. The only thing that the agents say is that its completely genuine company and you will not find any complaint against it. Mr ramesh ghadai, ...for ur kind information those who are recruiting inn campus drives ...ece, eee .branches they also don't have knowledge on Java ..they are giving a chance to grow up in IT field...have some Humanity ...while you are writing ...

guyz i am working here from 3 months. there iz no issue in the salary and project.. now i am working on a web base project. the project has allready started... so plz guyz who are spreading the fake rumour plz stop this . have some humanity...those who wanted to start their carrear they can start their carrear from this compnay. dont be confused... gud luck guyz

Then why they had not given salary untill now already it is aug16th we got the information that from 2 MD one of the MD of gcs infotech was lift the company becoz of some issue untill When he was there. There was no problem each and every thing was very good itseems after he moves it totaly changed.many of my friend are working in the GCSinfotech they have given that information i thought to join in this month but they said me to wait for some time because there is some problem with THIS COMPANY.After that MD move that company has changed into INSTITUTION they are treating employees as students of collages and school.take care o[censored]rself guys wht i got the information i have given to u and what i have wrote is 1000% True i[censored] having any doubt go ask employees no word is wrong what i have told Because i got same information by nearly 40-60 employees of gcsinfotec.so i want to tell some information to u guys and then it is upto u ...
pls dnt belive this company employees are suffering lot there... hr s big lier he is hiding form workers and and cheating all workers that he wil give salary, one of my frnd s working in that company he said me about this.. i dont know y mr.naresh is hiding all these and spoiling students career. please i strongly recommend all nt to join tht fraud company...
hi guys one of my friend is working in that company and i came to know that they are not giving salary, and he said that tht hr is always lieing for giving salary and cheating workers there, i don't know y this naresh is supporting that company. please don't spoil others life by giving wrong suggestions, please guys i strongly recommend not to go there and spoil your beautiful career.

GCS infotech pvt ltd...it is a too fraud comapany, in this company established persons are shesa giri and ch.chiranjeevi and afsar mastha.they persons are too fraud persons, don't belive this persons...be wear of my frinds...they haven't no any qulifiqution., that person sesha giri doesn't pass SSC also..., the company in bangulore HSR layout.

Some home based jobs provided by the name gcs . It's totally fraud. I worked for 8months. They will give promise and payment just for few months.
We joined in the company by paying 13500 rs. They provided salary about 6800rs/pm.only for 6 months. Then they made us to form group and pay about 500000 to 1000000 per group..Many formed group and paid the amount. Only 1 month salary we earned . And many groups and myself lost about rs.200000. many people lost about 2500000.
People please be aware and don't join this gcs home based job.they also running in name acs
